The prime rib was overdone and was extremely chewy. Everything else was either bland or just plain bad. Just keep moving towards the cattle trough.įinally seated we started at the salad bar which was pretty good. He finally figured it out after consulting with heavy set rude guy. I pointed out that it was a receipt from assembly line buffet which was obvious because the top of the receipt said assembly line buffet!! He handed it back to my wife and in a very rude manner, told her 'That's not a buffet ticket, that's some receipt from some coney island or something' My wife handed him our RECEIPT from the cash register. When the table was ready an employee came up to collect the buffet tickets we had all purchased. We then sat on some couches while we waited for our table. He came over, snatched my wife's card out of her hand and walked over to a nearby cash register to run the card. We finally got the attention of heavy guy. My wife's card was not accepted at the kiosk. Finally they allowed us in and instructed us to pay at the kiosks. It appeared there was very little communication between employees and some seemed to have a bad memory. Heavy guy also came back and asked how many were in our party. During that time frame at least 3 separate employees came and asked us how many were in our party.

We waited another 15 minutes at the front of the line. When we got to the front some heavy set guy in a suit asked. We did not have reservations so we knew there would be a wait. We arrived at about 6pm on a busy Friday night.
